There are several easy ways to make a payment. Pick the option that works best for you.
You can pay in the Imprint app:
1. Tap the “Pay” button
2. Enter payment amount
3. Choose “Pay now” or “Pay later”
Once you confirm your payment, it will appear in your card activity. Payments may take up to 3-5 business days to post to your account.
You can set up Autopay in the Imprint app:
Start by making sure your bank account is connected in the Imprint app. Here’s how to do that, if you haven’t already.
1. Tap the person icon at the top-left of the screen
2. Tap on 'Payments'
3. Tap on the first option 'Autopay'
4. Select payment amount from the three options provided and tap 'Continue'
5. Select payment date from the two options provided and tap 'Continue'
6. Select your payment method
7. Review your Autopay information: payment amount, date, and bank account
8. Tap ‘Save’ if all information is correct to set up Autopay
You can pay online:
1. Visit the website account.imprint.co
2. Enter your phone number
3. Enter the six-digit code sent via SMS
4. Login to your account
5. Tap 'Pay'
6. Select the payment amount or enter a custom amount
You can set up Autopay online:
1. Visit the website account.imprint.co
2. Enter your phone number
3. Enter the six-digit code sent via SMS
4. Tap the bar that reads ‘Set Up Autopay’
5. Enter your desired Autopay amount
6. Select the due date or enter a custom date
7. Confirm the information
8. Tap ‘Done’ when you see the green checkmark
You can pay with mobile or online Bill Pay (via your bank or credit union)
Be aware: Bill Pay through your bank or credit union is sent via check, which takes approximately 10 days. Electronic payments directly through Imprint are much faster and are the best way to avoid potential late payments. We will process your payment on the date that we receive it, and this date is recorded as the payment date.
1. Get started in your bank or credit union’s Bill Pay application
2. When entering the payee name, pay to the order of Imprint and [Merchant Name]
3. Enter your unique account number (which you can find in the upper right corner of Page 1 of your statement)
4. Make sure payment is sent to:

You can pay by check:
Be aware: Mailing and processing a check takes approximately 10 days. Electronic payments are much faster and are the best way to avoid potential late payments. We will process your check on the date that we receive it, and this date is recorded as the payment date.
1. Include the full name of the account holder
2. Pay to the order of Imprint and [Merchant Name]
3. Add your payment amount (which should not exceed your account balance)
4. In the check memo, include your unique account number (which you can find in the upper right corner of Page 1 of your statement)
